Sometimes life can be hard to navigate when you’re not sure what to do or where to turn. It can help to have someone else there to guide and support you on your journey. Each of our clinicians utilizes their own unique specializations to work with individual clients to address concerns including trauma/PTSD, LGBTQIA+ issues, anxiety, and depression, however many issues are often intertwined and overlapping. By integrating modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye-movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and/or other approaches, we can adjust to meet the needs of each individual. In addition to your specific treatment goals, our goal is to create a safe, judgment-free environment in which each client can explore and grow.
